Does anybody know how to make wooden fishing lures?

I want to learn how to carve Fishing lures WITHOUT using a lathe. I made 3 pretty good ones so far.

If you’ve made three pretty good ones so far, then I guess you don’t need to learn how to carve without a lathe.

Sandpaper and a small beltsander.

Buy old fashioned clothespins. They already have the basic shape so you don’t have to deal with cutting and sawing. I recently made my husband some and it was very easy. He has already caught a couple largemouths off of one of them. All you do is screw your eyelets into the tip of it, and two on the underside, attach your treble hooks and a propeller if desired and paint. I left the inside of the olde clothesins raw wood so when he sprayed his power bait attractant on them, it sucked it right up. Works great!
