pierce the worm, bring the hook up and twist it around, and then pierce it in another spot. have 2 spots where the hook hooks on.

Tear the worm in half first, as generally, with nightcrawlers, at least, you’ll only need half of the worm. Push the hook through one end of it, fold it over, push it on again, and repeat until the entire thing is on the hook. It should be very bunched up when you’re finished, this makes it hard for the fish to ’steal’ it from your hook.

If your talkin’ live bait then there is no special way of puttin’ a worm on a hook just because your fishin’ the BOTTOM and a WORM be a’ bit to small ta’ run a hook through the tip of it’s nose ~ again, if it be a live worm that your talkin’. Here’s some very simple sketches for ya’. May just want ta’ look through site for some more stuff

A good place to hook a worm is thru the center of the worm..loop it a fewtimes around the hook leaveing the tail out a bit, you can try small to medium pieces of worms to hook only one time..try different sizes of worms and different sizes of hooks to.
