LOOKING FOR 3IN. LONG SHANK Fishing HOOKS WIYH A 10MM. LOOP

You can try the Mustad hook model 3407DT in size #8/0 (not size number 8). Don’t assume that every size #8/0 hook is the same length. The hook shank length is different by model size.
